Sometimes I have a lot to say and others I do not. I suppose the past few weeks would fall under the "mysteriously (or not so mysteriously) quiet" category.
Today I had a great day - I spent some time in Dublin and really enjoyed the hot weather, sunshine, and a delicious steak (all before four o'clock!). I also made a new friend:

Leatherlips (Doesn't this kind of look like a sphinx, just the head?)
This is Leatherlips, a Wyandot chief who lived in Dublin at the end of his life. He was put to death by tomahawk - apparently a great deal of animosity came between him and Tenskwatawa (Tecumseh's brother) because he worked with white settlers. He was called many things, but Leatherlips was for keeping his word. I like that.
